Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- ⚠️ If the amount is debited from the user’s bank account or card, but the payment fails due to internet disconnection or any external server error.
- ⚠️ If the system fails to generate the required acknowledgment or receipt due to a technical glitch or server malfunction.
- ⚠️ If the registration fee is paid by the student or parent, but the payment is not reflected in the institute’s account due to system error. Refund will only be initiated if the amount is not credited to our account.
Please Note:
- ✅ Refund requests must be sent to ssgeducation001@gmail.com within 7 days of the failed transaction.
- ✅ The refund, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method (same card/bank account).
- ✅ Processing of eligible refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after proper verification.
- ❌ No refund will be granted in cases where the payment failure was due to incorrect information provided by the user.
